Folks might wonder what The Old Coach does with the rest of his time. :) Well, I'm working at hockey in one form or another nearly 24/7.
A lot of my time is spent preparing for and running two extremely unique
New England Hockey Institute training programs. (Did I say that these are unique? Ha, have a look...)
If you'd like information on the above program, just click here: Mite & Squire Hockey School
If you have an older player who needs really intense help like is shown in that video, just click here: Hockey BootCamp
By the way... The MOTION Lab (seen in many of the above video clips) is a carryover from my long ago studies in Moscow of the USSR. There, in my small facility adjacent to the downtown Whitman office and media studio, I am able to train players of all ages and skill levels, sometimes even better than they could be helped on the ice!
Much of my time is also devoted to the Boston Bandits and Mighty Bandits, including my duties as Head Coach of their AA Mite and AAA Bantam Minor teams.
Mentioning my A/V studio earlier, that's where I produce training videos and audio programs for CoachChic.com and Hockey Tips and Tricks, as well as my on-line radio show known as Coach Chic's Hockey Secrets.
Then, while it might seem I have little time left in a week, a major part of my work also involves research, as I attempt to constantly stay abreast of the very latest in scientific training techniques and principles.
