At one time I was probably a pretty intense young hockey dad. I've learned a lot in the past 40-ish years, though -- through my own experiences and while observing the successes or failures of others. So, in an attempt at helping new hockey parents avoid the need for trial and error -- or the pains of living and learning, I bring you some excerpts from a teleseminar I did a few years back. It's entitled "Starting 'em Right". And, as you'll discover, it's all about enhancing a youngster's skills, confidence and a love of the game.
